• Accommodation Supervisor

 

Now we have successfully opened our guests rooms bookings are flooding in.  Lochranza Country Inn now require an Accommodation Supervisor to assist with the administration of guests bookings.  This position is for 20 hrs per week over 4 days.  The precise hours can be flexible to fit a suitable candidate.  Experience of the hospitality industry & good IT skills is a necessary requirement.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Assist & Support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen

• Assisting with the ordering of stock 

• Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are implemented & continually adhered to

• Have the ability to work & train on every section of the cook line

• Competent & confident 

• Ability to learn & understand new cooking techniques
