CHEF DE PARTIE (Full-Time)

We are seeking a CDP with experience in high-volume fresh food to join our talented Kitchen Brigade.  Reporting to the Head Chef you will be an integral part of the team, delivering exceptional food across the hotel, ensuring quality and consistency.  We offer a competitive salary based on a 5-day working week.

Live-in may be available.

 

KITCHEN PORTER (Part-Time 4 days per week)

We’re on the hunt for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at The Douglas Hotel, four days per week!
