50-cover Bar (& in peak Season 60+ cover outdoor Terraces) serving food daily from 12-9pm.

What do we pay?
-
Higher than the NMW (starting rate from £11 per hour for 18-20yrs / £12.00 for 21yrs + over)

Wages are paid monthly (on or before the 28th of each month)

Tips are split & paid monthly (on or before the 14th of each month)

HOUSEKEEPERS (Full-Time / Part-Time, both Seasonal and Permanent)
We are looking for hard working, bubbly, and motivated people to join our wonderful established team of Housekeepers. There are full-time, part-time, permanent, and seasonal roles available, with hours to suit the local bus service. Experience preferred; however full training will be provided.
FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANTS (Full-Time / Part-Time, both Seasonal and Permanent)
We are looking for friendly, helpful & engaging people to join Team Douglas in our popular Bar and Bistro. There are full-time, part-time, permanent, and seasonal roles available with flexible hours to suit.
Hospitality experience is preferred; however full training will be provided.
CHEF DE PARTIE (Full-Time, Seasonal or Permanent)
Salary negotiable
We are seeking a talented CDP with experience in high-volume fresh food. Reporting to the Head Chef you will be an integral part of the Kitchen Brigade, delivering exceptional food across the hotel, ensuring quality and consistency. We offer a competitive salary based on a 5-day working week.
Live-in may be available.
KITCHEN PORTER (Full-Time / Part-Time, both Seasonal and Permanent)
We are looking for great people to join our Kitchen Brigade.
There are full-time, part-time, permanent, and seasonal roles available, with hours to suit the local bus service.
