About Wooleys of Arran
Wooleys is the island's primary bakery. The business has a retail shop in Brodick. The bakery itself is also in Brodick and we manufacture our oatcakes and biscuits as well as producing our bread and rolls for the island. There are often jobs in the bakery as well as in the shop, where staff prepare sandwiches and rolls in the production area and also sell direct over the counter to our customers. We are open 6 days a week. Early starts and some weekend work is usually expected.

🍞 Full-Time Shop Assistant (6am Start)
We’re looking for a full-time shop assistant to join the team here at Wooleys of Arran.. If you’re friendly, reliable, and happy to muck in wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you.

🚚 Part-Time Bakery Assistant (Early Morning Shift – 4am–8:30am)
Early riser? We’ve got just the job for you. We’re needing a part-time bakery assistant to help bake rolls, pack up orders, and head out on deliveries. Hours are 4am to 8:30am, a few days a week.
You’ll need a clean driving licence, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn on the job.

🥖 Part-Time Bakery Assistant (10am Start)
We’re on the lookout for someone to help out in the bakery starting at 10am each day. It’s a part-time role, with finish time depending on the orders we’ve got. You’ll be helping make rolls and keeping the bakery tidy and running smoothly.
If you’re practical, tidy, and don’t mind getting a bit of flour on you, we’d love to have you in the team.
